Renova Maintenance Services is a trading name of Renova Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, call us, or text us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or service area, and the description of the work you need.

Information collected automatically

Our website records basic, aggregated analytics — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. We also record the page you were on when you submitted a form, so we know which part of the site brought you to us.

Phone calls

Calls to our business number may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded or transcribed so that we can return your call accurately. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will take your details manually.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
• To schedule, perform and follow up on work you have asked for
• To send appointment confirmations and arrival notifications
• To keep records of work performed, for warranty and invoicing
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations

3. Text messaging

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We text only people who gave us their mobile number and asked us to follow up, and only about the work they contacted us about. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

• Communications providers that deliver our calls, texts and email
• The customer-records system where we track enquiries and scheduled work
• Website hosting and basic analytics
• Subcontractors assigned to perform work at your property, who receive only what they need to do the job

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner and we are not required to keep it, we will.

6. Your choices

• Ask what we hold. Email us and we will tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct it. Tell us and we will fix it.
• Delete it. Ask, and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
• Stop texts. Reply STOP to any message.
• Choose another channel. Ask us to use phone or email instead of text, and we will.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can see customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers or government identification numbers by text or email.

8. Children

Our services are for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
