SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent by Renova Maintenance Services, a trading name of Renova Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”), a Florida limited liability company based in Boca Raton, FL.

1. Program description

We send text messages to customers and prospective customers who have given us their mobile number and asked us to contact them. Messages relate to the work you contacted us about, and include:

• Replies to a quote request or enquiry you submitted
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
• Arrival notifications when a technician is on the way
• Follow-up about work in progress or recently completed

This is a customer care program. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

2. How you consent

You consent to receive text messages from us when you:

• Submit our website contact form and provide a mobile number, having been told on that form that we may text you about your request; or
• Give your mobile number to us by phone, email or in person and ask us to follow up; or
• Text us first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can ask us to contact you by phone or email instead, at any time, and we will.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. In practice this means a handful of messages around a single job — we do not send recurring campaigns or newsletters by text.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

5. Opting out and getting help

To stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled work. We will contact you by phone or email instead.

To opt back in

Reply START to the number you previously received messages from, or ask us next time we speak.

6. Your mobile number and your privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Carriers and delivery

Text messages are delivered over mobile carrier networks that we do not control. We cannot guarantee that every message is delivered, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to exchange messages with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
