Drywall & Ceiling Repair
Small drywall patches up to 6 inches are $95 flat. Repairs up to 2 square feet are $150 flat. Holes, cracks and water-damaged sections are patched and textured to match the surrounding wall, so the repair disappears instead of announcing itself.
Pricing
- Small Patch (up to 6")$95 flat
- Medium Repair (up to 2 sq ft)$150 flat
- Skim Coat$1.50/sq ft

Which price applies to you
Measure the damage at its widest point. A doorknob hole, a nail pop or an anchor that pulled out is almost always under 6 inches — the $95 patch. A water-damaged section of ceiling or a hole from a plumbing repair is usually the $150 repair, as long as it fits inside 2 square feet (roughly 17 inches by 17 inches).
Water stains: fix the source first
In South Florida the brown ring on a ceiling usually traces back to one of three things: an AC condensate line that has backed up, a roof leak, or plumbing in the unit or floor above. Year-round humidity makes the first one especially common.
Patching and painting over a stain before the source is fixed means paying for the same repair twice. Find and stop the water first; then the drywall repair is a one-time job. Our guide to ceiling water stains covers how to tell the sources apart.

Common questions
- How much does drywall repair cost?
- $95 flat for a patch up to 6 inches and $150 flat for a repair up to 2 square feet. Larger damage is quoted after we see it.
- Can you match the texture on my wall or ceiling?
- Yes. Repairs are textured to match the surrounding surface so the patch doesn't stand out.
- Should I fix a ceiling water stain right away?
- Find and stop the source first — usually an AC condensate line, a roof leak or plumbing above. Repairing before that means repeating the repair.
